How Billing Works

Once your account is activated, your searches will begin running and looking for cars that match your criteria. Each active search accrues costs, which are determined by the number of cars being filtered.
Understanding how billing works will help you manage your searches and avoid unexpected charges.

Smaller, more specific searches (e.g. a red 2010 Mini with under 40,000 miles) incur lower costs compared to broader searches (e.g. all private vehicles within a 100-mile radius). The cost of each search can be seen at the bottom of its details page.

Managing Search Costs

If you wish to pause a search and stop it from accruing costs, you can simply deactivate it. As soon as a search is inactive, it will no longer generate any charges.

Billing Cycles and Thresholds

Each account is associated with specific billing thresholds. These thresholds help manage your spending by setting a limit on the charges you can accumulate before a bill is issued. For example, if your threshold is £100, you will be billed £100 when you reach that amount. Any additional charges will be billed at the end of your billing cycle.

Your billing cycle is monthly, starting from the date you activated your account. Payments are made at the end of each cycle, covering all accrued costs for that month, unless a billing threshold has been met. In that case, you will be billed when the threshold is reached.
